Centre Parcs birthday celebrations!

Helllo :) first post here!
Just after a bit of help if possible. I'm going to CP in a few weeks to celebrate my sisters 21st birthday, does anyone know if CP would be able to put balloons or banners in the lodge for us before we arrive? Does anyone have any experience with this? Cheers! X

I want it to be done before we arrive so it's a nice surprise for her!
I am planning to but j/w if anyone else had done this before.

they don't. I'm going soon for DH & DD's birthday. I asked them on Facebook & they said no. Not even a card. But the nice lady took my ref number & made o not it was a special birthday when we were there.

She said if I book a table at a restaurant & tell them it was a birthday they will most probably put balloons on the table.....I'm holding out for a bottle of wine/chocs etc at the lodge when we arrive!!

I should have them cos I've been there over 15 times!
