Okay, so have sorted accommodation in central London. Going next week on Friday. Wehave till Sunday about 4pm. What can me and DP do in that short space of time. he wants to go on the London Eye (I ve done it)..so any idea of getting cheap tickets? Have checked the website and it s still £34 for us both.

Has anyone been on Jack the Ripper Tours? Which one?

An good restaurants? Other places to visit?

is it friday 7th or the one after? If its this Friday the thames river festival is on at the weekend, so there will be lots of stuff going on around the south bank thamesfestival.org/.

I can recommend a fantastic dim sum restaurant in Soho called Yauatcha

There are plenty of good restaurants along the South Bank, which you could visit after the London Eye Smile

How are you getting to London? We went a few weeks ago by train and got 2for1 tickets for the London Eye with our train tickets. Have a look on www.daysoutguide.co.uk They also had offers for lots of other London attractions so you might get inspirations for other places to go too.

I'd second walking along the South Bank as there's lots of restaurants along there. Mainly chains eg wagamama etc but exciting enough for us
