Luxury romantic hotel in the North-west

Hi,

We have managed to convince MIL to have the dc overnight next Saturday. Can anyone recommend a nice hotel? I'm 24 weeks pregnant so this'll be the last break for forever a long time

Alderley Edge Hotel. They do a delicious tasting menu and you can have a wander round the local shops :)

The Traddock is booked out and the alderley edge only has small doubles left, I don't fancy us trying to fit in a double as our king is a squeeze at the minute
