Help! Nice family pub for lunch tomorrow in New Forest!

Hi all,

We are staying at Milford on Sea and are meeting relatives for lunch tomorrow. They live in Ringwood but say they don't know any family friendly pubs where we can meet with my 3 yr and 15 month old - can anyone recommend a nice, not too expensive, place to meet for lunch halfway between the two? I have really dodgy 3G here so can't do much research myself! TIA

The pub in Bank, think its called The Royal Oak.

Its the Oak Inn, couple of miles outside of Lyndhurst. Really nice.

We love the Snakecatcher or the Rose & Crown in Brockenhurst.

The Hare and Hounds in Sway is also nice, but not as nice a location. Food still good and more menu choice.

Thanks all. I've just phoned to book the Oak Inn as its more in the middle than the others which are closer to us, and they say they don't have any highchairs which has left me a bit

The Oak is tiny inside. I think I only went when dd was a older and so never come across the highchair problem.
