Center Parcs - I have to say we loved it!

We've just got back from Whinfell Forest. The children loved it and not once did I hear the words 'I'm bored' and I found it so relaxing - after an awful, stressful week it was just what I needed. I now wish that we had gone when my older girls were little instead of dithering because I wasn't sure if we would like it (and I know some people really don't like it). It does seem to be a 'marmite' place by the reviews.

Anyway, needless to say we'll definitely book again! The children are already asking when we're going back :)

Glad you had fun. I like the look of it but always get the impression you need a lottery win to pay for all the activities when there

We love it too.......... I always think you can spend as little or much as you like. We don't always spend lots, they love the pool. And we take bikes etc. I generally let them pick one activity each.

I booked them a few activities but they were far more into the pool tbh - they didn't want to come out!

oh we took our own food too after hearing the food is not great value for money. This worked well as there was a dishwasher and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen.

Glad you loved it! Its a FAB place. I've just booked activities for Winter Wonderland. Santa's workshop for 2 kids, bowling for the 5 of us, panto for 5 & dinner in Bella Italia!

Every time I put my 3 year old in the car she says 'can we go back to Center Parcs?' I will definitely be booking again soon for the next trip!
