Luxury cottage in Scotland?

Hi
We're looking for a luxury cottage in July for 2 adults and a toddler. Open to different locations. Close to nature would be great.
Any suggestions?
TIA
Jester

We have 2 timeshares in Scotland near \link{http://www.taymouth.co.uk/\here}. We spend 2 weeks there every year and never tire of it. Lovely lovely area, with lots to visit in the area & further afield.

We've stayed here lots and lots. The setting is absolutely magical, right in the middle of some woods, which you have full access to. It isn't uber-luxury, but very comfortable. It is up a track through the woods.

Monument Cottage

It gets its name from the monument which you see through the velux in the en-suite - which was a bit of a shock to us the first time we stayed, because we arrived in the dark.

Great beaches nearby.

Whatever you chose, have a great time. Smile

We have also stayed \link{http://www.crieffhydro.com/?gclid=CNDSi4jN3K8CFaImtAodI2JZvQ\here} lots and would thoroughly recommend it. Their are self catering lodges/houses in the grounds. Also free childcare depending on the age of your toddler. Great for a meal without kids. They do a childrens tea though.

We've stayed here www.horseleaholidaycottages.co.uk/ and love it. Not sure if it's luxury though :)

have a look at www.lochlomondholidaycottage.com They have 2 newly renovated cottages by Loch Lomond (obviously!) in the countryside, great for children

Have you had a look at Knoydart House - they call it remote luxury!

I've stayed here before, it's lovely.

Just wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions. We've booked the first place that Fimbo suggested. Also, thanks to Fimbo for all the extra suggestions in your PM.
Looking forward to the holiday!

Had a fabby week at Knoydart House www.knoydarthouse.co.uk stunning place very private with a large hot tub overlooking Loch on Knoydart with some friends before my son was born and just noticed they are opening a luxury bolthole for 2 in March 2014 www.knoydarthide.co.uk. They will take a toddler or 2 children under 12 as well which means time out for husband and me too. You can only get there by boat but there's fast water taxis every day only 20 mins from Mallaig. It sounds like its going to be heaven all the luxuries...just booked in for a week in April next year but they also do short stays for 2 nights too. Hard to find luxury that also works for the little ones. There's also a small pony trekking business, country pub nearby and they offer baby sitting service lush!
