Can anyone recommend a self catering cottage nr. Salcombe please?

There will be 4 of us - DH, me, ds (2.2) and dd (4mo). Therefore we need somewhere childfriendly.

No need for swimming pools and tennis courts etc. as we would be paying for something we don't need.

Any ideas please?
