Sussex caravan sites

[Cheeseandbiscuits]

Could anyone recommend a decent caravan site on the sussex coast?
Last year, we got a dirt cheap last minute holiday in October with Park Holidays. The site itself was a bit run down - but it cost us £20 a night! This year we would like to go somewhere a bit nicer. Has anyone got any recommendations?

this is down the road from me - haven't stayed there, but often have a wander round. right on the beach(pebbly), good playground, fab swimming pool. The high street has enough to buy your weekly food with not too much expense- co op, budgens, bakers, and great veg shop. 3 reasonable cafes for food out, plus take aways.

Considering shearbarn too, any thoughts on that one?

That's at the other end of sussex from me, so I don't know about that one.

Oh fab, thanks teamedward. We've booked shearbarn for 4 nights in July. I'm looking forward to it already, hopefully it will be vairy nice
