I have read about the Lavender Relaxation, it sounds lovely but is it suitable for a stiff, middle aged fat girl? Don't want to show myself up if its too physical!! Or are any other spa type sessions suitable? Thanks!

Whatever you do, don't go to a spa session, they're too busy and anything but relaxing.

However I had an Indian head massage and a head, face and neck massage which were both very nice!!

Yes I thought the spa sessions would be busy.....surely they have an upper limit of how many can go in? Wondered about the massages, thought I might find it embarrassing...!

I've been to spa sessions at CP and they've been super relaxing, quiet, calm and peaceful. When/where did you go Juney and what happened?

I did a spa session and it was good, not too busy (we went in term time). There were groups of people talking though, which was annoying.

roisin I went to sherwood forrest in the easter holidays a few years ago, think it was between 5 and 7 at night and you just had to constantly queue to use each special room. Not terribly conducive to a relaxing time.

I've been to Whinfell at least 8 times incl evenings, weekends and school holidays. have never had to queue!

Thanks all, so has anyone tried this Lavender Relaxation?

No, it would make me sneeze :) It looked nice on the activities section though.
