I am trying to book a cottage in the Staffordshire area for Easter. All cost upwards of £400. Tempted to use book several nights at Birmingham Travelodge at £20 night.....are they full of noisy people and not for family "listening"

i have found them to be absolutely fine.

I've always found Travelodge's to be perfectly fine. They're clean, the rooms are a reasonable size, quite well appointed and you know exactly what you're getting.

i like travellodges, they are fine

but i prefer premierinn. It may just be the ones i have stayed in, but i have found the premier inns to be nices, beds more comfy, bathrooms cleaner, and nicer bed linen.
They also all have a restuarant on site and do a great all you can eat breakfast, where as some travelodges have no where on site to eat.

(I might have just used nicer premier inns, and the not so great trave llodges though, and if there was no premier inn nearby (or premier inn was a lot more expensive) i would still use travel lodge
