Am trying to please everyone here, its my big 60 and I am looking for somewhere to go, either to rent for a week and have two groups or just for a w/end. Not too remote, nr a pub would be nice, on a river perhaps? Troble is I have friends who want to do something with me, family and my own family here! Secretly I would like three nights with my girlfriends!! Any ideas please, I love Norfolk area. Thanks

Thank you, bedrooms abit difficult as my girlfriends are all single and would not want to share a double bed!

Try chimney farm barns, not far from Oxford. We've stayed in owl barn. It's on a nature reserve and has barn owls flying around at dusk.....

Might be a little rural for you? Although you can walk along the Thames to a very nice pub about 2 miles away.
