Are Bosinver Cottages as good as they sound?

Have looked at the website and read a few of the threads on here and would liek to book for next year.

Are they worth the money? Is there much to do in the area?

We went for the last two years and had a great time both times. You can easily get to beaches on the north and south coast so there's lots of choice, and there's enough to do on rainy days too. And the cottages we stayed in were both lovely and well equipped. I think the site best suits preschoolers, the egg collecting and playbarn are more geared at that age.

Are you thinking of particular cottages?

We went to Bosinver a couple of years ago. The location is lovely and the outdoor heated pool is amazing.

We did find that we needed to drive to get to anywhere and the roads are quite windy around there. Also as its the UK you are a bit weather dependant, we didn't have great weather.

However as a UK holiday destination with young children I would rate it very highly and cost wise its not that much higher than most cottages. It does book out quickly so if you are thinking of it I would go ahead and book.
