Just booked cheepo travelodge room for 2 nights in feb half term (65 quid for the whole stay for 4 of us!!). Kids are 9 and 7.

What should we do there? Weather will be pants I imagine, so what things should we look out for? Happy to travel once there, new forest etc

Give me your top attractions!
Also any good restaurants or pubs for the evenings?

Hi, we are regulars in Bournemouth too, especially for the air show in the summer. Our favourite restaurant is the Aruba which is right on the beach and great for families. Obviously it is much more appealing in the summer as it has a lovely verandah overlooking the sea with swing chairs etc but the ffod is good, varied and fairly priced and the staff are always really nice!

Have fun...
