Absolutely brilliant, we LOVED it.
i got 50000 texts asking if we were in the riots though...which we were not!
Its such a great place for kids and a break!

We are from oop north and so the pace to us is frantic. but i am told its like this day & night 7 days a week! I have never seen SO many people in my life, millions it seems!

I would really recommend it!!!

We love London. So many great things to do, and the cafes at children's attractions actually serve edible and halfway healthy food (even if it does cost a fortune)

Weird - we were literally just talking about a break to London as an idea.

Can I ask how old your kids are?

My ds is five. We stayed at the Park Plaza at Westminster which was fab. It has a spa and pool.

He is 8.
We stayed near Waterloo and booked it back in Feb as that is when the good offers are on.

I would highly recomend it as there is just so much to do and most of the museums are free, the parks are brilliant and there are loads of Tescos, M&S's so you can get yourself a picnic togsther for under a tenner, go to the park and just laze around.
