staying in edinburgh with two babies- where to stay

we would love a couple of days away and think edinburgh would be a good place to visit but does anyone know of somewhere in or within driving distance that we could stay in with a two year old and a 3 month old. ideally we would love two rooms and somewhere fairly quiet at night.

We have stayed in Fountain Court apartments a few times - they have parking and they have 2 bedroom apts -link is here

We stayed in Grove St which was easy walking distance (with a twin buggy!) from town, Princes St gardens, etc. Very near Haymarket if you're travelling by train.

They also provide cot, high chair etc on request which was brill. We would go back for sure - much easier than staying in a hotel with little ones.

Forgot to say - it's been quite quiet at night when we've been there, poss because the apts are mainly used by business travellers.
