Things to do near stroud!

Travelling from Ireland next week with hubby and two 5 year old boys.We're renting a cottage near stroud. Are definitely going to make the trip to thomasland but other than that we're open to suggestion! Could anyone recommend some good family days out? Places to eat etc. We prefer the outdoors but not sure what the weather will be like so if anyone could suggest some rainy day activities as well that'd be great. You know yourself, once the kids are happy we're happy! Thanks a mill x

Paint a Pot in Cirencester

Slimbridge, we spent hours there last year.

Cattle country
Stroud museum in Stratford Park. The park is lovely and has an open air pool.
Calcot Manor is a good place to eat with children.
HK House Chinese in Stroud.
Farmers Market on Saturday is a must do.
Hobbs House is Nailsworth is a fabulous bakers with a cafe and a Bistro that is open Thursday to Saturday evening.
The Bell at Saperton is a great pub- children at lunch time.
