Salcombe for festival week - have I elft it too late?

We've just decided we'd like to go to Salcombe for the week of the festival. I've contacted two companies for details of any available accommodation but have had no replies. I am being totally unrealistic to think they'll be anything available do you think?

Try the local tourist information office. they keep lists of places to stay plus they can advise you on what is left.
