I live in housing association property and am desperate to move away from where i am so i am looking into house swaps.
I would like to live somewhere in Devon but, because i can't drive, i need there to be a train station close by. Also can't really be more than about 2 hrs from Somerset as DS's need to still be able to have contact with their Dad (XP).
I love Dawlish/Dawlish Warren area but no luck finding anyone there who wants my area.
I have found someone in Barnstaple looking for my area but having never been there i don't know what it is like!
Any ideas/advice gratefully received.
