Any recommendations for somewhere to stay in Edinburgh? Will only be for one night. A bonus if breakfast is included but not too bothered.

A lot of searches don't let you add 3 children so after MN expertise :-)

what's your style / budget? We did it with the same family set-up and used travel lodges, which were fab. There are a few around, we stayed on a main route into the city and so we left our car there and used public transport to get into Edinburgh itself.

Thanks, travel lodge say they only take 2+2, not 2+3 :-(

Holyrood Apartotel one double room, one twin room and sofa bed in sitting room, two bathrooms and fridge stock with breakfast goodies.

Look at lastminute.com. We booked an apartment for the four of us in August for around ninety quid a night. It is the Walker street apartments.
