Does anyone have a rental property wells next sea

I am going bog eyed looking for end july for 4 , must have a dishwasher and parking - thats all!! Why is it so difficult? Come on mumsnetters you know you all have 3/4 homes on the go.........

I booked one today in Wells through Norfolk Hideaways. There was hardly anything left at all for the summer holidays though. How many bedrooms do you need?

Several of the cottages seem to have dishwasher and parking - have a look at the cottages that sleep 4 and 6, as they do seem a bit cheaper than agency rates anyway. It's slightly confusing because the list tells you how many each bedroom sleeps before it tells you the total capacity.

We have stayed in the youth hostel in Wells before. The room was bejou but the communal areas were nice and two sort of lounge areas. We ended up with one to ourselves.
