i've got tickets to go and see take that in july and want to book somewhere to stay that night so i don't have to get the train home in the middle of the night. at the moment the cheapest room for 2 adults i've found is at the premier inn for £150. i was hoping to find something cheaper and wondered if anyone could give me some advice since i don't know london at all!
tahnks!

Well done on getting tickets!

I always start with laterooms but once I've found a hotel/price I'm happy with, I double check on the official hotel website too in case they have better deals.

You can sort the results by distance and then use journey planner to check the public transport connections between the venue and the hotel- searching by using the two postcodes will probably be your best bet as it's all unfamiliar.

have a look at the Ruislip area, that's a straightforward and quick train or tube ride from Wembley.

thanks - i'll start looking at Ruislip - never heard of it!!

Look at the travel planner linked below. South Ruislip to Wembley is 10 minutes, but Ruislip itself is just inside the M25, so easy to drive to.

Premier Inn at West Ruislip - two stops on the tube to South Ruislip, then train.

Or there is a Days Inn right by S.Ruislip station.
