I would like to take children for a week on a farm during the summer. Please can anyone recommend one. Ideally one where they provide DBB but not a must. Many thanks

I stayed at Nailey Farm Cottages at the weekend nr Bath, they are absolutely stunning, 3 cottages in a row, my kids would have loved them (was a hen wkend) as they were so quaint and it was on a working farm, but a very clean and tidy one. They are quite remote though along country lanes, where had you thought of going?

bessiestown in northumberland - I used to go there on holiday as a child and can't wait to take DD in a few years - tis quite pricy though (hence the waiting a few years)

Coombe Mill Farm in Cornwall - very child friendly with so much to do. No DBB but in reception they have milk, butter, bread etc as well as yummy home made meals to take away and cook AND cakes (apparently much better than mine!)Have a look on their website, lots of info on there.
