Accommodation in Edinburgh to sleep 6?

On the off chance - can anybody recommend me somewhere for a family of 6? All hotels seem to accomodate 4 or 5 at the most

Have you tried the townhouse collection ,serviced apartments?
I think they do breakfast for you as well.
