i need sugguesions for a fairly cheap mid week (4 day) holiday for a family with two very young children in the north of england, ideally 2-3 hours drive from west yorkshire. we would like to go october ish time. dd will be 2 and a bit and all going well we will have a 6 month old then.
i dont mind a caravan as long as its warm in the bedrooms. we prefer to do our own cooking. does anyone know of any hidden gems.
