Luxury self catering in winter

DH and I want a pre-baby holiday somewhere but timing means it has to be in winter! So we thought a luxury self catering cottage somewhere we could hole up with a fire place, beautiful views etc would be perfect.

But I'm finding it surprisingly difficult to ffind good luxury cottages - can anyone recommend any good ones or companies that offer this service? TIA.
