Hi all

I have promised to take my 5 year old somewhere dinosaury related as that is what they are learning about at school at the moment. Where is the best place to go?

I have vague memories of being at the museum in Edinburgh when I was about 5 and seeing dinosaur bones but someone told me this part was closed down at the moment, is this true? Any ideas appreciated

Thanks Smile

dynamic earth in edinburgh covers dinosaurs as well as lots of other stuff. It's pretty expensive but v good for a special day out.

Most of the Museum is shut just now so not the best time to visit.

Sensations in Dundee used to do dinosaur digs - where the kids got to uncover a skeleton from some sand. Was a few years ago now, maybe phone them and ask if they still do?

On through November.

Oh that's briliant, thanks very much both of you.

Shame about the museum. Is being refurbished or something?

A huge re-development project is underway. Not due to be open until next year, I think. SHould be fab when finished.
