How would you get from Luton Airport to Leighton Buzzard?

Colleague is thinking of flying over from Dublin to do a course. We are trying to work out a route for her to see if she could make it flying over early in the morning. Would really appreciate any help from you UK girls!

There are buses that go to Leighton Buzzard from Luton .

The buses she would need are either the 69 or 70, the 69 prob would be better as it goes on a straighter route. The 70 goes through all the outlying villages of Leighton Buzzard.

Can check here

Both services go from the airport

just had a look at the timetable and for some reason it's saying from Luton Railway Station, although map says from the Airport.
Confused

There are free (I think) buses that run from the airport to the main Luton station so even if the Leighton Buzzard buses go from the Railway Station she can get there easily.

The buses run from the airport to Luton Airport Parkway Station. Sadly no longer free - £1.50 each way iirc.

Thank you so much, ladies! Hopefully she can stretch to £1.50!Grin
