Hotel/ B&B for 5

Im trying to find a hotel or B&B for 2 adults and 3 children (aged 7, 5 and 1) We are due to visit friends in Ashford Middlesex but they dont have room to put us all up. Ive been looking in Staines, Shepperton etc but not really found family rooms for 5 of us!

Any recommendations? Am also willing to consider London as am thinking of doing some sightseeing whilst down south.

any travelodges nearby? They say 2 adults 2 children, but if you take a travelcot for the 1yo, or have them in the bed with you there would be room.
