Help me find a massive gurt big house in the south please.

New forest or south coast-ish area. maybe isle of wight. for next september. the cheaper the better.

need self catering and needs to sleep up to 30 and all able to dine and relax together.

doesn't need to be luxurious and a bit basic doesn't matter.

a castle with pool and hot tub would be nice but not necessary, a bit of garden would be good.

all suggestions considered.

I've just had the Helpful Holidays brochure arrive and if you don't mind going a little more west country they have a few that sleep 30 or more. If you take a look at the website the property references are F30, A550 and L35. There's also C500, which sleeps 29.

I've only booked small properties through them but they are a good company.

I was going to suggest Northfields but it apparently only sleeps up to 28. It is gorgeous, though. www.northfieldshouse.co.uk/
