Has anyone heard of this new development or have a property there? Or has anyone had a holiday there? If so, what do you think?

Is it part of the Sovereign Harbour development? If so the area is very nice, especially if you like boats. I think mooring costs are quite pricy though. Good selection of cafes and bars, and a retail park nearby with Asda, Matalan etc, a gym and cinema. Just up the road is a big leisure pool and soft play centre, and of course the beach.

Actually it is Sovereign Harbour, think I may have got the name wrong!!! Do you know if you can rent a property there as a holiday let or is it all residential? It does look very nice.

It's residential as far as I know, although I'm sure there are a few private holiday lets on the development. Or you could hire a yacht and stay on that!!!

Are you thinking of moving there and want to check it out first? Or just fancy it for a holiday?

Fancy it as a bit of a holiday and then maybe if we really like it, a second home. Hiring a yacht sounds nice tho. Very St Tropez :) Just want to make sure we test it or find out a bit more about the place first tbh.

We had a look at a show home there (just being nosy!!) which was one of the flats at the very front. Great views and not as expensive as I thought they would be - I think they started at about £160K.

If you can't find a holiday flat at Sovereign, there are plenty of guest houses and hotels in the Princes Park area of Eastbourne, which is just a 10 minute walk away.
