Family rooms in London?

We are looking for two family rooms in London for half term in Oct.We will be 3 people to a room and are struggling to find anywhere suitable. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Camden last year, but they aren't offering family rooms this Oct apparently. Also someone told us that both the Central and Northern line tubes will be out of action over half term,so we need to be able to get around without relying on them.

I'd be really grateful for any suggestions or reccommendations.Thankyou.

I think, from memory, that the Thistle hotel near Victoria does family rooms, was looking at their website last week for a family room.

Marriott do rooms that sleep 4.
Hyde Park one is good value.
failing that you could try Youth Hostel.

Hilton Metropole near Edgware Tube, although we used the buses. I think you may need to book a Queen room. Fantastic breakfast!

Just to correct one thing please, we do have lovely 'double doubles' (twin with 2 double beds) that are typically popular with families ... we're a family brand after all! :-) Eddy
