Am looking for a weekend break end of sept/early oct but it £100 more expensive than a five day break we had last year at the beginning of sept Confused

We really enjoy centre parcs but £479 for a weekend seems ALOT??

I think you're right Connor. We love taking our children/grandchildren to Centre Parcs and are looking at a weekend in October at Longleat. The price seems to have shot up - even the midweek prices are higher than we paid last week. Anyone any ideas why?

It's odd because i've looked ahead for next june and the prices are lower than oct Confused

It's a shame but just can't justify nearly £500 on a weekend away in oct

October is probably their peak time. June is still outside of the school holidays.

If you book MONTHS in advance you can still secure good prices, but yes, I think they have gone up a bit, I was wondering the same myself.

Consequently am going to Cornwall next year!!

omnishambles · 06/08/2010 11:31

Its about £100 more than it used to be across the board I think.

mumto2andnomore · 06/08/2010 14:07

You need a to book as soom as the dates come out to get the best prices our 4 nights in October is now £729, we have only paid £379 !

Ah that's interesting I didn't realise it's cheaper the earlier you book. Mabe I should book for next year now then.
