parks for kids near gatwick or pubs with play areas

Hi there,

We are staying at the Courtyard Marriott at Gatwick for a night before our holiday. Does anyone know of a good playground nearby or a pub with a play area (inside or outside).

Looked at the Air Balloon pub but the reviews are really not good. We usually go to the Ye Old Six Bells pub which is lovely - but not so sure with three little ones.

tilgate park a bit of a drive, but easy to find from crawley town centre. there used to be a pub in the centre but not sure its still there.

The Air Balloon (Horley) is basically an indoor soft play area, and is perfectly OK for under-7s. The pub itself is a bit grim, though.
