Calling all those willing to admit that they have stayed at Butlins!!

Hi I am considering the idea of taking the dc away by myself (they are 1 and 4) we have been to both the Minehead and Bognor Butlins and if I am going on my own we will go to Butlins again as it is so easy once we are there!
At the moment Bognor Regis is winning as they have the Billy's Buddies and the stay and play sessions in the nursery which is very similar to parent/toddlers. The thing is I only live an hour from Skegness and have never been, though tbf it would be easier on my own than a 4 hour drive to Bognor or a 6 hour one to Minehead. Problem is I don't want to go if all there is for the little ones once we get there is the usual bob rides and a metre square of soft play for the toddlers like at Minehead.
So if you are willing to admit you have stayed at Butlins please let me know which one you prefered and what there is at Skegness compared to the other two. TIA

Not yet but we are going to Bognor to the Ocean Hotel for a long weekend. It was nearly £600 for 3 nights bed and breakfast. I hope it is worth it.

We been to bognor and minehead enjoyed both although prefer minehead.never done skegness although hope to in the coming years

We are going to the Ocean hotel at Bognor in October and are veh excited about it! Have heard very good reports so far from family and friends.
