Christmas with in-laws...I know, I know, it's early but....

In-laws live in Dorset and have no space for us and DC. However, we'd like to go to them for Christmas this year.

Am aware it is a popular place so am guessing that loads of places will already be booked/astronomical prices.

Any suggestions?

Another option is to all go somewhere different.....

Will you be wanting a drink or two at all?
I'd suggest finding somewhere within walking distance if at all possible (taking a taxi at Xmas will be a nightmare and very expensive). Even if it's not 100% perfect, I guess you will be spending most of your waking hours at your in-laws.
