Cheshire/Staffordshire spa hotels

Any recommendations for hotels in Chester with a spa and pool please ?

Chester centre would be great but recommendation for anywhere in Cheshire/Staffordshire would be appreciated

I have been to Cottons Hotel in Knutsford which was great - not quite Chester but not too far. It has a really nice dining room and we had a great meal - got a good weekend deal with dinner, bed and breakfast with full use of the spa and a treatment. This was three years ago though so I hope it's still relevant!
There is one in Staffordshire which I've heard good reports of but have never been. Hoar Cross Hall I think it's called.
