Hi Im after some inspiration please!!! Its my husbands 40th next year and Id like to book a week away in the May half term for us (2 adults/ 3 children).
We live in the North East so dont fancy the long drive to Cornwall or Devon so was thinking of maybe Scotland or Wales. Id like a self catering holiday... either a cottage, or I was having a look to see if I could get something a bit different. Near the sea would be good/ good for bike riding/ a hot tub or something maybe. We have booked self catering cottages before but I guess Im after something a little bit different and a bit special this time.
Anyone have any suggestions??
