Looking at tutoring. Sone companies seem to offer hourly rates of pay (higher)and others a salary (lower pay)? Looking at AP so Fleet, Targeted provision, Dare2Dream, Sense .
Any advice or recommendations?

There are 2 models for companies taking on tutors. Either tutor business where you are employed or tutor agency where you are self-employed.
It looks as if the ones with the higher hourly rate you will be self-employed and expected to sort out your own NI and tax whereas for the salarid ones you will be on PAYE.
