DD wants to do the 11plus and I am looking for a tutor to help. We want individual help not a classroom style of learning as she lacks confidence. We're happy to travel a bit. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.
Thank you

My niece went to RTQ in Hebden for her 11+. She passed and is at Crossley Heath now. Loves it.

NB.. I always remember the name of where she went.. 'RTQ'... as our Gran always used to shout after us 'RTBQ' (Read The Bloody Question) when we had exams at school 😂So me and DSis thought it great that the tutor was called 'RTQ'.
They were so good that our cousin in Littleborough travels with her kids to them in Hebden for their tuition

I second RTQ. And Jo is absolutely lovely.

Hiya, I do know of one tutor who has been fantastic for us and a few others in my family.

I can forward you the contacts. He does online tutoring but fairly cheap so it worked out better than RTQ etc.

Thanks everyone. I had a meeting at DDs school this morning and found out that the Head and 3 of the teachers had used RTQ for their DC tuition so that was a strong endorsement! We are visiting next week for an initial appointment to see how it works for my daughter.

Both the on line tutors above were more expensive than RTQ as well, must have put their prices up! Thanks very much for the recommendations :)
