I am a qualified teacher of 10 years and I have been a specialist teacher for 4 years. I have just completed my masters and now want to set up a tutoring business for 3 to 11 year olds.
I would be grateful if, as a parent, you can answer the following questions.
- Apart from 1 to 1 tutoring. Is there anything else you would feel would be helpful that a teacher could provide to support you and your child.
- How much would you expect to pay for an experienced person?
- What would be important for you to look for in a tutor? I see lots of companies advertising for children to pass tests, but I want my business to be centred around their wellbeing and boosting their confidence.
Any advice would be greatly appriecated!
