I'm looking for a tutor for my daughter (year 5), to help with the 11+ prep. She's bright, in the top groups at school but as I understand it the curriculum doesn't teach what she needs to know to pass the exams so without any help, she won't stand a chance. The agencies I've found are so expensive so if anyone can recommend a less extortionate option, that would be amazing. Seems very unfair that unless you can afford it, there's not much hope of getting into a grammar school.
