Something light to get this topic going… 👻

I personally think Area 51 holds nuclear weapons, and that’s why there’s such a hubbub of secrecy surrounding it

Although I’d love to think there’s little green men running around a la ET style.

I believe so much about aliens, and think that we’ve had a couple of years of drip feeding information, which I truly believe will continue into more coming out.

PuttingDownRoots · 20/09/2023 13:55

Statistically, I think there must be other intelligent life in the universe.
However mathematically it seems unlikely the different intelligent lifeforms will ever contact each other.

Stripeypyjamas · 20/09/2023 13:55

It's quite obvious to me that spiders and octopi are aliens. 8 legs is too many.

SnorkeMor · 20/09/2023 14:01

Isn’t there a plausible theory that octopuses are aliens?
Their evolution and DNA is different to other life on earth, or something like that!

Good point.
It’s suspicious. No one needs that many legs.
Centipedes are aliens

I no longer eat Octopus because now convinced basically more intelligent than I am however, really miss the Galician style paprika and olive oil

Ringpeace · 21/09/2023 00:36

That aliens don't come from other planets - they're hyper-evolved humans from many thousands of years in the future who've mastered time travel.

Underminer · 21/09/2023 00:58

I helped make a crop circle back on the 90s. We were a group of 6 students, 3 of them were maths students who did all the calculations. It made the local news. it was bloody hard work and we felt really guilty afterwards. Yet I dont believe all are man made, but I don’t know what I think they are.

Octopus aliens would be brilliant if true, although jellyfish also creep me out a bit so wouldn’t be surprised if they are up to no good.

Charlattanus23 · 21/09/2023 01:08

We need to try to find intelligent human life on this planet first before trying to find it elsewhere and/or identify any other planets to wreck. Actually if we'd just put the cats in charge life would be great. Plus it's perfectly obvious our current government are all so inhumane they can only be aliens. A few of them don't even look human....

Trez1510 · 21/09/2023 01:12

I'm pretty much convinced when the BBC report on wildlife issues it's a secret code aimed at 'the elite' telling them to buy/sell gold or get their spaceships (or submarines) ready to go or something even more important. Obviously that's not true as there are many such reports and the 'elite' still linger here on earth.

I have also considered CERN is the cause of the speeding up/rapid increase in (un)natural disasters over the past decade. They're awfully quiet about what they're doing/have discovered, eh? 😏

Presil · 21/09/2023 01:16

The royal family are aliens.

Shergar was also an alien, and has returned home after a brief career as a racehorse.

Other aliens include Attila the Hun, Paul Gambaccini and Elvis.

That is fantastic!! 😂😂😂

Basically all sea creatures = aliens

As much as I dislike cats and prefer dogs, I couldn’t trust my dog in charge of the world. She’s afraid of swans, and they’re evil enough to stage a coup

@Mimmy352 Yes, sea creatures are highly suspect. Star fish = fish from the stars? 😆

I have so many ideas. With so many creatures and animals on this planet its a wonder if we are the only planet with life. If there are aliens out there have they all died out or have technology so advanced they are invisible haha

Ghosts not sure, so many unsolved murders/crimes that if that happened to me i will come back and help the police or just haunt the killer. If thats not possible how is it that some ghost may have been seen.

LokiWho221b · 30/09/2023 17:25

I think that ‘aliens’ exist, or more specifically that there is life out there, but I think we’re the most intelligent of the lot(which is saying something 😬) and that’s why they’ve not come to our galaxy.

bracemyselfagain · 19/10/2023 15:39

The asteroid that killed all the dinosaurs was actually a UFO.
And we are the aliens.

Nuclear weapons are stored at bases all over the US and they don't have special security like Area 51.

I think the legitimate argument for the amount of security around Area 51 is that they need it to stop people photographing new stealth aircraft designs. As you can see from looking at the designs of things like the B2 the designs are radically different from traditional planes. By looking at what someone else does in terms of design it can often give you clues how to make your own better, and save a pile of money on research.

If you want a "wild theory" I would argue there is no sense in keeping the "alien bodies" and secret UFO designs in one place. To develop your own aircraft technology you need to be able to fly the designs and hopefully keep them away from prying eyes, so it makes sense to do that at a place like Area 51. But you could keep the bodies somewhere else and no one would know about it. I think to some degree area 51 could be a weapon of mass distraction and the real stuff of interest might well on somewhere else. After all it must be the worlds worst kept "secret" base. My guess is that only stuff that has to go on at Area 51 actually goes on there (aircraft design and testing). Cutting up green goo and gunk more than likely goes on somewhere else.

The Air Force definitely have planes and tech that we don't know about. Google Galveston Key UFO. An oil rig worker saw a diamond shaped craft over the North Sea in the late Eighties being escorted by two planes. You also have the Calvine UFO. I believe that to have been a U.S spy plane. It was also seen later in the same month by a motorist

UFO doesn't mean its extra-terrestrial

There's an interesting documentary about a guy that worked at S4 which is an area within Area 51, it's called Area 51 and Flying Saucers. His name is Bob Lazar and he claims to have seen a number of ET craft in a hanger. He worked on one, specifically the propulsion system

He even tells you which star system it came from. He has no idea how the U.S came to be in possession of the crafts. He said one looked like it had been shot down and another was rumored to have been found in an archeological dig. I've no idea what to believe. He's either telling the truth or the world's best actor. I've watched him on Joe Rogan and he has never changed his story in thirty years

There's also a very interesting interview which can be found on you tube with a former U.S Marine called Jonathan Weygandt who whilst in South America, Peru I think, helped recover a crashed ET craft. He said it had been shot down with a surface to air missile. The level of detail he goes into is crazy. Again, if he is lying then he deserves an Oscar. If you're in to this stuff then watch it, you won't be disappointed and it will fuck with your head so be warned

Personally I don't see how we can be the only planet with life out of trillions and trillions of planets

elfendom · 03/05/2025 03:07

if you look at how transport has developed over the last 120 years, how we now still at the stage where we still use fossil fuels to drive electric cars around and what the hell happened the Concorde?

I watch Resident Alien, so I believe this.
