Pressies for my 2yo - what did yours like?

I am looking for inspiration for presents for my 2yo dd's birthday in 2 weeks.

She already has a mini micro scooter and am looking more for recommendations of things your LOs loved playing with around 2-3. She has a kitchen and trampoline already.

She loves animals esp monkeys and crocodiles, Peppa Pig (don't they all ), running, jumping, painting - all the usual things.

TIA

DD (2.3) loves jigsaws - big floor ones and chunky wooden ones; the first thing she says whenever anyone comes round is "would you like to do jigsaws with me?"

She had a dolls house for Christmas which she plays with on and off but I think it'll become more interesting as she grows.

Apart from that (and the kitchen and mini trampoline) it's mainly arts stuff that she likes - painting, gluing and 'sparkling' (spreading glitter).

How about some outdoor toys for the summer - small slide, seesaw, gardening bits and pieces ....

Duplo
Ark and animals
Tea set
Musical instruments
Cars & trains
Simple jigsaws

Starting to feel that she has lots of toys anyway! She has a box of Duplo & a set of instruments which she plays with all the time.

We only have a small city garden so garden toys aren't practical sadly.

I know it sounds like a silly question - but where do you get jigsaws from? I get her toys from GLTC usually but would be grateful for any other recommendations.

Thanks for your replies!

Most of her jigsaws have been presents and we get the wooden ones from a local shop but they are similar to these ones.

She also has this Maisy puzzle.

I think I might get her the Gruffalo next.

my son loved bags of any kind his favourite now is his diego rescue pack, he carrys all sorts round in it. Also, he loved sand and water tables and still does.

Mine loved - and still does at nearly 5 - dressing up more than anything. And now here 2 yo brother joins in. A really great dressing up collection is a fantastic investment imo.

At 2 my dd also loved her baby dolls, pushchair etc, and Happyland toys which also still get lots of play.
