Anyone bought bendaroos - and did they take ages to arrive?

My mum ordered off bendaroosuk.com a month a go and nothing has arrived for ds's bday tomorrow. There's no contact details on the web site - although the privacy statement is for a Canadian company.

Is that why its taking so long - cos its coming from Canada? or should she order from somewhere else?

Have you tried e-mailing to cancel the order? If you can cancel, Toys R Us usually have loads in stock if you are near a branch or you can mail order
