Too vague. We need gender and age - and price.

If you have a girl of 14 to buy for and less than a tenner, I would say a necklace and earrings from Accessorize, or funky socks and a headband from Topshop.

For littlies - jigsaws. Or bubbles. Or megablocks. Or sticklebricks if they still exist but I couldn't find any today.

I have chidlren between 6 and 14 to buy for - why is that vague?

boys and girls

It is pretty simple really!

We? who is this we? am I not part of this we?

There is a world of difference between a 6 year old girl and a 14 year old boy. That's why it's vague.

unless you happen to know a 14 year old boy who adores 'Hello Kitty' glittery purses.

OP, is the problem that you don't know yourself the ages and genders you have to buy for?

Is there a reason why you are being rude? WE as in people who may read your thread; who may be prepared to spend time helping you.

Won't bother.

errr yes I know there is a world of difference but I don't want to start a million threads for each age
just ideas for any age

it is not that difficult really -
