Has anyone got the ELC Big City Garage?

We've decided to get ds a new garage for christmas as he loves his cars but has just turned 4 and has outgrown his little people garage.

The big city garage has taken his eye and I have a 20 percent voucher too (I'm not bothered about the free cars) but the reviews I've seen for it are really 50/50. Has anyone got one and how robust is it?

We have it. DS2 has had it for 2 1/2 years. Nothing has broken though the bits that slot in do come out sometimes.

Thankyou. A few of the reviews mention this and that doesn't worry me too much as long as he's not likely to destroy it completely after a week!

You won't get 20% off, it's the extra cars or nothin' ime.

DS has one and still loves it though. It does have a tendency to start making noises at random times! One bit fell off, but was easy to put back on again with a bit of glue, and it's not visible.

I'd recommend.

we;ve got dd it for christmas as she loves her friend's so much. and yes, it automatically gives you the cars not the 20%, certainly online anyway.

I'll give it a go! I've read a few reviews from people saying they couldn't get round it online but could instore so worth a try. They always seem to get round the voucher by ging something away you don't want or knocking a couple of pounds off!

Well, I went to the Early Learning Centre and they didn't quibble letting us use the voucher instead of getting the free cars so very pleased.

Also took ds in first to make sure he still likes it and he was really excited. He played with it for 20 minutes in the shop and said he wished he'd be lucky enough for for father christmas to bring it for him when he threw his penny in the charity fountain. Ahhh! I'm excited now, hopefully we'll have a good christmas this year as our last few (since ds has been old enough) have been awful!

Oops ! Sorry, it's the pirate ship.

As you were.

Thank goodness for that! It took us one hour and forty minutes to get back from Meadowhall, a journey that normally takes about forty minutes. I think there would have been words if I'd suggested returning the thing!
