Complete novice here - do you buy them with games... or on their own? Anyone found any good deals? Or any advice from those who have done their research?

some good deals in Argos - packages with games/cases etc -and if you spend £100 you get a £10 voucher

we got 2 from argos a couple of weeks ago for the kids and they came with a free game each. Cost less than £100 each which I think is a bargain. Don't know if they still have the same deal on but HTH

I got dd1 one from addition catalogue using discount code from the promotional threads, it was £30 off a £60 spend making a new red ds only £70, I then bought her a r4 card for £11 and downloaded all the games she wanted.

you buying ds one? x

tbh the price for hardware online and high st is about the same. Your looking at £99-110 for a DS lite with a game bundled with it. HMV, Game in the high st, or Play.com, amazon etc online.

always worth checking out John Lewis too - they will be matching others prices and sometimes do a better bundle offer

thank you

i went for the additions one - £70 with no extras . off to ask about games now.
