Smoby life neo friends playhouse, any good?

Really want to invest in a decent playhouse for DD2.5 (also pregnant with our second so keen to get something that will last for a good 5 years). Ideally would be a wooden playhouse but our garden is quite small and slightly sloped with artificial grass so wouldn’t be able to level it out/put a base down for a wooden one.

Therefore looking at the Smoby Neo life friends playhouse but I’ve read mixed reviews, some people saying it’s good quality and really sturdy, but other people saying it’s really flimsy and won’t last long. it’s quite expensive so I’m worried about it being too flimsy.
Does any have any advise please?

Can the picnic table and kitchen part be fitted to the inside of the house? (To save on garden our limited space). Thank you!

I have the other version of this (without the bench). I think you’ll find your older child outgrows it before younger is really into it because of the height of the door/frame, but to answer your question it is sturdy and a good product imo.
