Wooden playhouse recommendation

Does anyone have a wooden playhouse recommendation? I’m looking for one for my DS for his 3rd birthday. Buying online is a bit of a minefield and I’d like one that has a doorway that isn’t too low for him. He’s 94cm and prone to clumsiness and all the ones I’ve seen are 90cm high at the doorway. Not too expensive £200-300. Thanks in advance!
