Suggest decent ‘music’ baby toys

My friend is a pro musician (orchestral) and has just had her first baby. I’d like to buy the baby some nice books / toys etc. and would like your suggestions of decent quality ‘music’ toys that a musician won’t cringe at. They can be for older babies / toddlers, not just newborns. Maybe a xylophone type thing but it would need to be in tune. I’m looking for a nice solid gift that will be treasured. Budget is up to £50.

I would assume they’re suitable because (1) high price for a toy and (2) my pro musician friend has one for her child.

Made of wood and the tone is quite pleasant. Far less offensive when the kids hammer at it than most other kids keyboards! I think they may do a xylophone too.

Don’t go my mums route and buy a tambourine from a music shop.
